About Cloudbound
Cloudbound operates the online store at sleepcloudbound.com. You can contact Cloudbound at info@sleepcloudbound.com.
These terms explain the use of our store and purchases made through it. Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional details.
Using the store
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when ordering. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, included items, available options, and prices are shown on the product page. Please review these details before purchasing. Colors may look different on different screens.
The order summary shows the items and total to be charged, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. Your order confirmation records the details of your purchase.
If we discover an availability or pricing problem affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it. We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will explain the cancellation and refund.
Delivery and returns
Estimated delivery is 7–10 calendar days from order placement, including processing. Available shipping destinations and methods are explained in our Shipping Policy. You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Opened or tested sets are eligible, Cloudbound pays return shipping for every accepted return, and there is no restocking fee. Using your travel set
The set includes an eye mask, headrest support, and arm sling. Follow the supplied instructions and check that the set can be fitted to your seat before using it. Seat designs vary.
Shopify and personal information
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate the storefront and checkout. Information is processed by Shopify and the service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, and fulfilling orders. Shopify also processes information about your activity with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and relevant advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers that may be located in other countries. See our Privacy Policy for details and your available choices.
Questions and disputes
Please email info@sleepcloudbound.com if you have a problem with your order or a question about these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Updates
We may update these terms as our store changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. An update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order you have already placed.
