Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Opened or tested Cloudbound sets are eligible for return.

For a change-of-mind return, send back a complete three-piece set: the eye mask, headrest support, and arm sling. You can return one or more complete sets from a multi-set pack. Opening or testing the set does not disqualify your return.

How to start a return

Email info@sleepcloudbound.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Tell us which item you would like to return.

We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back, and do not use an address on the parcel unless we confirm it is the return address.

Return shipping and fees

Cloudbound pays the return shipping cost for every accepted return. We will arrange the return and provide instructions at no cost to you.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing a piece, contact info@sleepcloudbound.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photos if available. We will review the issue and explain the next step.

Cloudbound also covers the return shipping cost if we ask you to send back a damaged or incorrect item. If your order arrived incomplete, tell us which piece is missing so we can address it.

Refunds

We inspect returned sets and issue approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving the return. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Your refund is based on the amount actually paid for the complete sets returned, after discounts, plus any applicable tax on those sets.

For a multi-set pack, we divide the amount paid for the pack equally among its sets. For example, a single set purchased for $59.99 is refunded at $59.99. In a two-set pack purchased for $99, one complete set is refunded at $49.50. In a three-set pack purchased for $145, one complete set is refunded at $48.33, two at $96.67, and all three at $145. These examples exclude taxes and assume no additional discounts.

Partial refunds are rounded to the nearest cent. If sets from the same pack are returned separately, we reconcile rounding so that returning the entire pack refunds its full purchase price.

After a refund is issued, your payment provider may need additional time to show it in your account.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will check its fulfillment status and let you know what is possible. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights that apply when an order cannot be shipped as promised.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
